Clicking on an expert's profile will open a detailed list of their areas of expertise, skills, sessions they are providing, and more. From this view, clients can decide which expert they want to book a session with.

Zzoko provides credible experts from different fields on one platform. We have experts who have many years of experience in their respective fields. Also you will able to see ratings and reviews from other users too.
Confidentiality is one of the highest priorities for Zzoko. We only share basic client details with consultants with whom you have booked your consultation and all consultants are contractually bound to absolute confidentiality. The confidentiality also works the other way round - so you also get the basic details of the consultant with whom you have a session.
The main objective of this platform is to provide virtual consultation. But, if you would prefer an in-person consultation for the particular session you can discuss with the expert.
Yes clients have the opportunity to rate the consultant. The rating system also works the other way round - experts will also have the opportunity to rate the clients. If any expert or client receives continuous low ratings, they will be blacklisted from the platform.
No. All sessions are supposed to take place through Zzoko. This is to ensure a clean consulting process that Zzoko can certify. If an expert or a client is found to be conducting/taking sessions outside Zzoko's platform, they will be blacklisted. More details can be found in the terms and conditions section.
Zzoko will amicably settle the issue between the client and expert provided all the transactions have taken place on the platform. The sessions that are provided by the experts clearly mention the deliverables and the expert will be held accountable for them.
In cases where the session has not taken place as planned due to various reasons, a refund will be initiated to the client. More details on this can be found in terms and conditions section.

Basic information of the Expert like Full Name, cover pictures, profile photo, state, country, area of expertise, bio, categories, languages spoken, blogs, videos, ratings, reviews & session information would be visible to the users.
Information like phone number, address, gender, education, email, certifications, and payment information will not be visible to the user.
As soon as the session is completed, the user gets 24 hours to review the session and report any problems. After which the fee is transferred to your account.

Once you are accepted to join the platform, you will be able to accept 1-on-1 video meeting requests and start earning.
Sharing your location helps the platform schedule video meetings accurately especially in case of different times zones. Your information helps us know you better and helps us verify your profile.
Zzoko will notify you via text and email that a client has requested a 1-on-1 video meeting with you. You can find meeting invitations in your account dashboard. In the meeting details you can choose to accept or cancel a meeting. However, when you cancel a meeting please be courteous to provide the reason for cancellation.
Absolutely ! If you are unavailable for the proposed meeting schedules, you can always edit your calendar as per your convenience.
After receiving the topic details and discussion points in your 1-on-1 meeting request, you can always message and ask for more information through our messaging platform to make your meetings more actionable.
Zzoko, after a certain period of promotional time, will charge providers a minimal fee for the services of connecting experts with the Clients that hire them and collecting payment for work. This fee would be a small reasonable part of the Client's payments.
Every video meeting is a private conversation between you and your customers, we do not record those meetings.
After every meeting, the customer can review the meeting experience and provide ratings based on the discussion. Please ensure your meetings are effective and actionable to receive high ratings as this affects your profile visibility in search and getting more meetings in the future.

-Availability. Respond to each request for a call by either accepting, suggesting new times or cancelling with a valid reason.
